Collaboration between business and education is one of the cornerstones of our proactive approach and responsible response to the current situation and the needs of the labour market. Specialist knowledge, a practical approach and a skilled workforce in the construction industry are assets to any company. We build this value ourselves, from the ground up. That is why we have decided to collaborate with further schools offering training in the most in-demand and promising professions.
On 5 May, we signed cooperation agreements with two technical schools in Kraków:
🔹 Mechanical School Complex No. 1 and
🔹 Architecture and Construction School Complex.
As part of this partnership, we are sponsoring classes training students in professions key to the construction and industrial sectors:
▪️ mechanical technician;
▪️ mechatronics technician;
▪️ robotics technician (trained in: machine operation, assembly work, and welding work related to steel structures)
▪️ carpenter;
▪️ steel fixer and concrete worker.
We believe that combining education with practical training and business experience is the best way to build a strong workforce for the future of the entire construction industry.
