We are involved in the project to build the T3 Baltic Hub – the largest and most modern container terminal in Poland and the only deep-water seaport in the Baltic Sea.
Our Design and Engineering Department has designed 20 steel platforms, 28 metres long and 17.5 metres high, which will enable the efficient handling and inspection of sea containers. In addition, they designed 31 steel walkways that provide safety and convenience in moving around the terminal, while also serving as supports for five 40-foot-long shipping containers.
The total weight of the designed structures is almost 1,000 tonnes.
The steel structures were manufactured at our steel structure factories in Krakow and Kleszczów and then delivered to the construction site. Assembly of all elements is carried out by the Mostostal Krakow team.
