We have realised the construction of an alternative raw material preparation and feeding (ARM) plant in the EPC formula.
What distinguishes this technology?
🟢Complete realisation – as a General Contractor, with many years of experience in turnkey realisations for the cement industry, we carried out the full investment process – from design work, through construction and civil engineering works, supply and assembly of equipment, execution of internal and external installations (including electrical and instrumentation systems), to commissioning and start-up of the entire plant.
🟢Advanced design – our Design and Technical Department, developed a concept optimised for efficiency and integration into the existing infrastructure.
🟢Modern control systems – the plant works ‘on-line’ with the existing raw material mill, enabling precise ARM dosing.
🟢Efficient raw material and environmental performance – the ARM platform reduces CO₂ emissions and reduces the consumption of natural raw materials such as limestone and sand.
Technical scope of the project:
▪️411 tonnes of steel structures,
▪️Steel dry material batching tanks (2x 100m³),
▪️ Tank 10.5m high,
▪️Transport system: belt conveyors, magnetic separators, metal detectors,
▪️crushing and storage system for oversized products,
▪️control room enabling full automation of the process.
This project is an important step towards a closed-loop economy, reduction of CO2 emissions and reduction of the consumption of natural resources. 🌱 🌿
