PREFABRICATION OF STEEL CONSTRUCTIONS

We have three prefabrication plants for steel structures, with a combined production capacity of 18,000 tonnes of structures per year. All plants have been awarded the Factory Production Control certificate issued based on the requirements of the PN-EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 standard.

We are specialists in manufacturing, repairing, modernising and assembling various steel structures, ranging from class EXC1 to the most demanding class EXC4, as per the PN-EN 1090-2 standard. The wide range of technologies we use allows us to manufacture structural components from such steel types as 16CrMo (heat-resistant chromium-molybdenum), 16Mo3 (boiler steel with increased molybdenum content), S355J2W (Corten). What sets us apart from our competitors in the Central European region is our in-house large-scale machining, metal spraying and SD stud welding.

Our business includes the manufacture of steel structures:

infrastructure – road and railway bridges, viaducts, footbridges,
for general and industrial construction,
for the energy industry,
for metallurgy,
for the mining industry,
cylindrical tanks,
machine and equipment bodies,
environmental protection equipment,
dust collection pipes and ducts.

The factories in Krakow and Kleszczów provide a capacity of approximately 1,200 tonnes per month and the ability to produce components of up to 40 tonnes and maximum dimensions of 5m x 30m x 5m. The “Konstalex” factory specialises in the manufacture of heavy steel structures, with a maximum element weight of up to 70 tonnes and overall dimensions of 5m x35m x 5m. Depending on the type of steel structure, the plant produces approx. 600 ÷ 1,000 tonnes of structures per month.
