A new Management Board of PPUH Konstalex
A General Meeting of Shareholders was held on 17 May, during which a new Management Board of PPUH Konstalex, the company purchased by Mostostal Krakow last Monday, was appointed. Jakub Tomaszewski - who was a Member of the Management Board of Mostostal Krakow - was appointed President of the Board. Two Board Members were also appointed - Maciej Gębus, Market Development Director at Mostostal Krakow, and Cezary Winkler, Technical Director at Konstalex.

On Monday, 15 May 2023, Mostostal Kraków signed an agreement on the purchase of 100% of the shares of PPUH Konstalex. Thus, the Budimex Group company has increased its production capacity to 17,000 tonnes of steel structures per year. This volume positions the company as the leader of the domestic steel market. The sale document was signed by Jacek Lech, President of the Management Board of Mostostal Kraków, Jakub Tomaszewski, a member of the company's Management Board, and Bożena Zbroja and Grzegorz Zbroja, the former owners of Konstalex.
We will install the charging of electric buses for Katowice!
On 9 December, we signed an agreement with PKM Katowice for design, manufacture, delivery and assembly of a quick recharging stations for electric buses in Katowice. Thanks to the solution provided, we will increase the efficiency of the electric vehicles used by the city, of which PKM Katowice currently has 20 in its fleet.

Changes in the Management Board of Mostostal Kraków S.A.
In connection with the development strategy adopted by the Company for the coming years, the planned expansion of its portfolio and changes in its organisational structure, the Management Board and Supervisory Board of Mostostal Kraków appointed three new members of the Management Board: Kacper Jaskot, Paweł Śmigla and Tomasz Guzik. Until now, the Management Board of the company belonging to Budimex Group has been represented by President of the Management Board Jacek Lech (CEO) and Member of the Management Board Jakub Tomaszewski (CFO). The change came into effect as of 20 January 2022.

Three companies from the Budimex Group: Mostostal Kraków S.A., Budimex S.A. (General Construction Branch South), FBSerwis S.A. are changing their Kraków location. The Management Boards of the companies have jointly decided to choose the Equal Business Park D office building.
